3. Programme Description and Availability
Wangsa Pelangi offers financial education programmes as described on this website. We reserve the right to adjust session content, format, timing, and facilitator allocation in order to maintain programme quality. Our programmes are conducted primarily in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Private sessions within the Whole-Picture Retirement Engagement may be conducted online by prior arrangement.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a programme intake if minimum enrolment is not reached. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available intake.
4. Enrolment
Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or, where an instalment arrangement has been agreed, the first instalment) and written confirmation from us. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Enquiring does not constitute enrolment.

If we cancel a programme or individual session due to circumstances within our control, we will offer either a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. We are not liable for additional expenses incurred by the participant (e.g., travel costs) in connection with a cancelled session.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage with sessions in good faith and to treat facilitators and other participants with respect. We reserve the right to exclude a participant from further sessions without refund if their conduct materially disrupts the programme for others or is inconsistent with the confidentiality expectations described in Section 8.
8. Confidentiality
Participants in group programmes agree to treat personal financial information shared by other participants as confidential and not to disclose it outside the programme setting. This obligation survives the end of the programme. We maintain the same obligation with respect to personal financial information shared with us during private sessions.
9. Nature of Our Programmes โ Not Financial Advice
Our programmes are educational in nature. Nothing communicated in any session, material, or written summary constitutes personal financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to purchase any financial product or service. We are not licensed to provide financial advisory services under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 or the Financial Services Act 2013.
Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial planner or adviser for personalised advice before making financial decisions.

All programme materials, handouts, written summaries, and session content are the intellectual property of Wangsa Pelangi. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own reference. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to a participant arising out of or in connection with any programme shall not exceed the fee paid by that participant for that programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind, including financial loss arising from decisions made in reliance on programme content.
We are not liable for programme disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, civil unrest, public health measures, or utility failures.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wangsa Pelangi and its facilitators from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during a programme, or your misuse of programme materials.
13. Termination
We may terminate a participant's enrolment without refund if they breach these Terms in a material way. A participant may withdraw from a programme subject to the refund policy in Section 6. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination or completion of a programme.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or any programme shall first be addressed through informal negotiation between the parties. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to mediation before the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA), or submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
